Take Exit 169B and stay in the right lane. Make the first right turn onto Brandon Avenue. Keep going for a few blocks. We are located inside a 3-story building of Concord Shopping Centre on the left side.

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment in case you need to fill out paperwork. Also, we ask that you call 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel an appointment, so that we may give that time to another patient.
