The initial appointment will include a detailed examination of the oral cavity and a discussion of dental and oral development, diet, oral hygiene, and fluoride. We will also address any specific concerns or questions that you may have. We will after a short discussion take any x-rays that we feel are appropriate for diagnostic purposes. Additional services are generally scheduled for a subsequent visit. This allows us to create a treatment plan that is specific to your child and addresses present concerns as well as any problems that we anticipate may arise in the future. Dental treatment is a continuum, and together we can lay the foundation for a strong relationship and a lifetime of good oral health.

Payment Policy

Fees are due and payable when services are rendered. We accept cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard. If PDC is out of your insurance network, you will be responsible for the balance and payment must be made at the time of visit. We will gladly submit an itemized statement to the insurance company on your behalf.

We participate with several insurance companies (PPOs). Please call regarding our preferred provider list.

Appointment Policy

We aim to see all patients on time; however, due to unexpected circumstances, a delay may occur with your appointment time. Please accept our apology in advance in such circumstances.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment in case you need to fill out paperwork. Also, we ask that you call 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel an appointment, so that we may give that time to another patient.
